Friendliness of staff
Rooms are way overpriced for what they offer. Dinners (only 3 courses) are served over a long period of time and the food is really nothing special besides being small portions.

I had the best relaxing holiday for a long time. Unfortunately I did only stay for 5 nights but are determined to stay there longer, - may be next year. The Hotel is very nice and the facilites are excellent. I stayed with my 85 year old mother and have nothing but praise about the Hotel and staff . The food is 5 star gourmet cuisine. Breakfast is already very relaxing you cannot eat all the food being offered and dinner is a real experience . I also liked the concept of serving light but enjoyable meals at dinner . I cant wait to visit artepuri hotel mer sinn again.

This hotel has very friendly english speaking staff. The food is some of the best hotel food we have tasted. It is situated next door to a beer house which serves excellent beer and try the goulash soup. The Rugan Island is well a detour for a couple of days.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, with just a short stroll to reach it. the rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with thoughtful amenities like a kitchenette and free bottled water. Service is friendly and discreet, with guests made to feel welcome and at home by staff members who go out of their way to be helpful. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing vacation at this hotel, with facilities like a spa and fitness center that cater to their wellness needs.
Housekeeping could pay more attention to detail in the bathroom, as some surfaces were not as clean as they could have been.

I liked its location and the friendliness of the staff.
The half-pension evening 3-course meal had miniscule portions. It was good quality but certainly not filling.

Beach located close by for a quick swim before meetings. The complimentary bottled water and herbal tea available around the hotel was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was decent enough with fresh bread, fruits and juices on offer.
No air conditioning in the room with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius on my business trip, which made it difficult to sleep. The parking situation was also frustrating as the hotel's car park was frequently full and I was directed to a sister property across the road, where I struggled to find a spot due to other cars taking up the allocated space.

We had a fantastic weekend with many great aspects to the hotel experience. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread and a good range of spreads and fruits. the location was perfect, close to the beach and town center, and there was a supermarket nearby that was very convenient. We also loved the pool and spa area, which looked fantastic and very relaxing.
One negative aspect was that some of the staff were not so friendly, and their English was poor. Another problem was the noise level from the street- we couldn't leave the window open at night, which was quite hot, making us somewhat uncomfortable.
